ABOUT THE ORGANISATION : Avtar Human Capital Trust is the social impact arm of the Avtar Group,Commited to bridging india's gender gap in the workforce by enabling equitable access to education , skills and career opportunities. through career guidance,structured training, mentorship, and gender sensitization initiatives , AHCT empowers underprivileged girls to pursue intentional career pathways while also engaging boys to become informed allies for gender equity. for over 18 years ,AHCT has transformed aspirations.Job Description: Set and execute operations in the zones and other alloted cluster . need to initiate new tie clusters. identify and engage corporates and individual donor base plan and facilitate train the mentor sessions on a periodical basis to prepare the strong batch of mentor s in the alloted zone. daily and regular update to the HO Team on the project progress and challenges. assist HO team content development or other project related coordination. mange the school relationships , specifically with teachers and HMs. mange the data updation in the CRM with high accuracy.
Notice Period : 10 days to 1 month max- Urgent requirement . Immediate joiner prefered.
Experience : 6 months to 3 years
Location : Chennai ECR Neelankarai / Bangalore - Yelahanka and KR Puram
