. Ensure employee coverage under medical,gratuity,and accidental insurance schemes.
. assist in updating HR policies / manuals , coordinating training calendars, supporting audits,and address employee HR Queries.
. Perform any other tasks assigned by the finance manager and executive director .
Experience :
> 5-8 Years in HR Operations and recruitment.
> Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
> good organisational and time management ability.
> Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
> Proficiency in MS Office .
> Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage multiple tasks.
> Basic knowledge of labour law,PF,ESI ,and HR Compliance.
