Notes

Experience:
Postgraduate with 8–15 years of experience in CSR/ESG/social impact roles
Degree in:
MSW / Rural Management / Sustainability / MBA
Strong knowledge of CSR regulations and ESG frameworks
Experience in CSR program management, budgeting & impact measurement
Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills
Ability to work independently and cross-functionally.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute CSR strategy aligned with business & ESG goals
Design and implement high-impact CSR programs (education, livelihood, environment, community development)
Drive end-to-end execution of social impact and community projects
Build partnerships with NGOs, government bodies, and stakeholders
Integrate CSR initiatives into ESG frameworks (BRSR, sustainability reports)
Lead employee volunteering and engagement initiatives
Manage CSR budgets with compliance and transparency
Establish monitoring & evaluation systems and track KPIs
Prepare reports for leadership, board, and statutory requirements
Lead CSR communications (reports, case studies, impact stories)
Represent organization in forums and industry platforms.
