Training Coordinator -Training Rollout & Implementation
Department : Commissionerate for Welfare of the Differently Abled (CWDA)
Location : Chennai ,(With extensive travel across Tamilnadu)
Duration : Minimum two years (annual performance review)
Salary: 1,20,000 /Month + TA/DA & accommodation as per Govt norms .

Key Responsibilities :# Plan and coordinate statewide training rollout .
# Develop district wise training schedules and logistics plans .
# Coordinate with OSCs, district and block officials .
# Manage master trainers and conduct ToT Programs.
# Overseas training quality delivery and documentation .
# Handle logistics (venue ,travel ,materials.AV.etc.)
# Work with government officials and stakeholders
# Monitor attendance,feedback and reports .
# Support mentoring , refresher trainings and reporting .
Eligibility :
Postgraduate (MSW / education / public health /development studies / MBA / related field.)
Minimum 8 years experience in large scale training coordination .
Experience with government programs and multi stakeholder coordination .
Strong project management and communication skills .
Preferred :
. PhD / 12+ years experience
. Experience in Govt / UN/ World bank projects .
. Knowledge of digital training platforms and disability sector .
