Key Responsibilities :* Partnership and External Engagement Support : Support the CEO in managing partnerships,donor communication, and government engagement, including preparation of briefs,presentations,and follow-up,and maintaining updated partnership trackers.
* Strategic priority Tracking : Track organizational goals,district priorities,and key initiatives of the CEO's office and ensure timely follow up and progress against action points.
*Meeting and Review Coordination: Coordinate internal and external meetings,prepare agendas,record minutes,and ensure closure of action items within defined timelines.
* CEO office coordination and communication : Ensure smooth communication between the CEO's office , internal teams,and external stakeholders,and maintain organized documentation related to CEO priorities .
* Special Projects and Organizational Initiatives : Support the CEO in executing special projects,reviews,and strategic initiatives by coordinating with teams,compiling information,and tracking progress to completion.
