Role Overview : The Centre Manager will lead day to day operations of pearltry foundation livelihood and skill development center.the role focused on achieving enrolment,training,and placement targets,maintaining quality program delivery,and building strong relationships with employers.

Key Responsibilities :
* Drive overall center performance and ensure operational excellence.
* Plan and execute outreach and mobilization to meet enrollment goal .
* Build and manage employer partnerships for placements and post placement support.
* Supervise trainer and staff to ensure high quality training delivery
* Monitor Budgets,resource, and data entry in the MIS Portal .
* Collect Feedback from trainee and employers to improve program outcome .
* Submit timely reports and coordinate with regional and NGO Partners.

Key Skills :
* Leadership,communication , and team management .
* Strong employer and community networking skills .
* Proficiency in MS Office and MIS /Data reporting .
* Organized , proactive, and committed to youth empowerment .

Experience : 8 - 10 years experience in managing livelihood, skill development or CSR Programs (NGO/Foundation experience preferred . )
