SUPERVISOR

Role Overview:
The Supervisor will oversee field-level implementation of TKP across 12 GRCs, manage Field Facilitators, coordinate with SRLM and district institutions, and ensure timely delivery of all project outputs.

Notes

Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Supervise project implementation across 12 GRCs
✔️ Oversee legal literacy training sessions
✔️ Conduct baseline and endline assessments
✔️ Coordinate district-level meetings with stakeholders
✔️ Develop and disseminate IEC materials
✔️ Support integration of legal literacy modules
✔️ Supervise and mentor field facilitators
✔️ Maintain records and submit progress reports.

Experience:
✅ Minimum 5 years field experience
✅ At least 2 years in supervisory role
✅ Experience in legal literacy / gender / rural livelihoods preferred
✅ Familiarity with SRLM/NRLM & SHG systems is an advantage.

Skills Required:
✔️ Tamil reading & writing (mandatory)
✔️ Working knowledge of English
✔️ Willingness for extensive field travel
