Job Description :* The selected enterprise support officer will be responsible for Providing guidance and counseling to potential and existing entrepreneurs for setting up and developing small and micro enterprises.
* Mobilization and outreach activities for mobilizing women beneficiaries for the training program both in urban and rural area in the allocated districts.
* Assisting the micro and small enterprises in developing technology and forward linkages .
* Organizing workshops and training programs for selected entrepreneurs.
* Networking and liaising with key stakeholders viz. funding agencies, development banks, government departments, NOGs, trainers and potential and existing entrepreneurs.
* Preparing project reports, financial reports and maintaining MIS.
Type of Employment : On Contract Basis.
Maximum Salary - Up to 44000 /- CTC per month .
Location : Tricy and Karur . - Erode and Coimbatore .
Qualification and Experience :
* BSW,MSW and Rural Management - Experience : must have 3 years of experience in microenterprise/entrepreneurship development/self employment/livelihood/women's related schemes and projects.
* The candidates should possess good documentation and reporting skills, a high degree of computer literacy,data analysis ability, and good communication ability with fluency in tamil,english, and hindi (optional).
* Candidates must /should be locally based for the applied positions .
* Willing to travel across the projects locations .
* Must have a two-wheeler with valid
* Field work experience is Mandatory.
